Bino Cards

For businesses

Service Terms

Effective 12 October 2026 Version 1.0 Binolab · Montréal, Québec

This is the agreement between Binolab and your business for the Bino digital loyalty card. It is short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay.

01What you are buying

Your one-time setup fee and your monthly subscription cover:

02What it costs

AmountWhen
Setup fee$297 CADOnce, when you sign up
Subscription$100 CAD / monthStarting 30 days after you sign up, then monthly

Your first 30 days carry no monthly charge. Prices are in Canadian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST or QST, so no tax is charged; if that changes we will tell you before it appears on an invoice.

03Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by telling us in writing. Your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and we do not bill you again.

The setup fee is not refundable once your cards are live, because the work and the materials have been produced. If you cancel before installation, we refund it in full.

When you cancel, your cards stop working and your dashboard closes. Ask us before you cancel and we will send you your customer list.

04Who owns the customer list

Your customers are yours. The names and contact details collected through your loyalty card belong to your business. We hold them on your behalf and we do not use them for anything except running your programme.

We will never market to your customers, sell your list, or share it with another business — including another Bino client.

You are responsible for how you use that list, including following Canada’s anti-spam law before you email or text anyone on it.

05What we need from you

If a reward is not honoured, your customers lose trust in the card and the programme stops working. That part is on you, and it matters more than anything we do.

06What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any result. Not a number of customers, not an increase in revenue, not a number of reviews, not a return on what you paid.

A loyalty programme works when a business uses it. We can build it, install it and support it. We cannot make your customers come back.

Anything you were told during the sale was a description of what the product does, not a forecast of what it will do for your business.

07Reviews

We will never ask you to offer a discount, a free item or anything else in exchange for a customer review. Doing so breaks Google’s policies and Canadian consumer protection law, and it can get your listing removed.

If anyone representing Bino suggests otherwise, tell us and we will deal with it.

08Interruptions

The loyalty cards run on third-party platforms and on your customers’ phones. We cannot promise the service is never interrupted. If something breaks, we fix it as quickly as we can.

If the service is unavailable for more than seven days in a row through our fault, we credit you that month.

09Ending it from our side

We can end the service with 30 days’ written notice, and we refund any month you have paid for but not received.

We can end it immediately, without a refund of the setup fee, if the service is used for something illegal, or to send messages to customers who did not consent.

10Liability

If something goes wrong and we are responsible, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

Nothing here limits any liability that Québec law does not allow us to limit.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute goes to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.

The parties confirm their express wish that this agreement be drawn up in English. Les parties confirment leur volonté expresse que la présente entente soit rédigée en anglais. A French version is available on request and prevails in case of conflict.
